Join Bob Kirton, ChIME class of 2020, as he shares about his experiences serving as a Chaplain with his local fire and EMS services in Shapleigh and Newfield, Maine.
When the call comes in for a structure fire, auto accident, drug overdose or “code” there is a spiritual component that should not be overlooked and needs to be addressed. As a chaplain, Bob attends the scene and supports whoever needs help - victim, family member, or responding personnel. Bob is also an LPN and EMT himself.
A representative from ChIME will also be available to answer questions about the ChIME program or application process. All are welcome! Registration is required below.
