ONLINE Workshop: Living and Working with Wholeness and Purpose

Our world is becoming more busy, distracting, and stressful which can pull us further and further away from who we truly are and want to be.  It is difficult to find the time to reflect on how our work, paid and unpaid, and how our relationships are based on our sense of our true selves and the gifts we have to offer.

This workshop gives you time to reflect, center, and reconnect with your inner wisdom so that you can be more fully present in your daily interactions.   It is rooted in the work of Parker Palmer, a world renowned writer, educator and social activist who focuses on the importance of connecting and staying connected to our true self, soul, and/or inner spirit.

Led by Katie Payson, a Clinical Social Worker and the Dean of ChIME, the workshop will explore Palmer’s concept of “circles of trust.”  It will also feature a fun and enlightening mixture of discussion, media presentations, writing, and quiet time.

Fee: $45
